You retain all rights to the contracts you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You acknowledge that your uploaded PDF files will be shared with AI providers like OpenAI for processing and will be deleted after the AI summary is successfully generated.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReadMyContract provides an automated analysis service and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or summary. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadMyContract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
